✨ Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

🛍️ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it. Items must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. You must also provide your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions regarding where to send the product.

📦 Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping

If a return is requested because of a customer error—such as ordering the wrong product, size, or quantity, or entering an incorrect or incomplete shipping address—the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

In these circumstances, we do not provide or reimburse return shipping labels. The customer must arrange and pay for the return shipment themselves using the carrier of their choice.

We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during a customer-arranged return shipment. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return approval may not be accepted.

🛡️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately at iftkharhussain919@gmail.com with details and, where applicable, photographs of the issue.

We will review the issue and, if confirmed, work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

Perishable goods, including food products.
Custom or personalized products.
Products that have been opened, used, or consumed.
Items marked as final sale.
Gift cards.
Products that cannot be returned for health, safety, or legal reasons.

🔄 Exchanges

If you would like a different product, the fastest option is generally to return the eligible item according to our return policy and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.

🇪🇺 European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and the applicable exceptions.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, including its original packaging where applicable.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
